Manage a Problem Intake submission.
Use the private submission reference shown after your Problem Intake to withdraw optional permissions or remove the contact identity linked to that submission.
Keep your privacy reference private. Anyone who has both values can change the optional permissions attached to that submission.
Removing contact identity cancels scheduled outreach and removes the stored email/name/account username. De-identified problem categories, solution associations, and validated outcome evidence may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
