AceTech Digital Privacy Policy
This policy explains the baseline privacy practices for AceTech websites, applications, products, APIs, and digital services that link to it.
AceTech Digital, LLC (“AceTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. A service-specific notice may describe additional practices and controls for the service it covers.
1. Information we may process
Depending on the service, AceTech and its service providers may process identifiers and contact information; account and authentication information; commercial and transaction information; user content; technical, usage, log, diagnostic, and security information; support and business communications; and other information described when it is collected.
Do not provide sensitive information unless a service specifically requests it through an approved method and explains why it is needed.
2. Sources of information
Information may come from you, your organization, your device or browser, an identity or payment provider, an integration you authorize, a marketplace, or another source identified by the applicable service.
3. How information may be used
AceTech may process information to provide and secure services; authenticate users; complete requested transactions; maintain accounts and entitlements; process user-directed content; provide support; communicate about services; improve reliability and usability; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
4. AI and automated processing
Some services may use artificial intelligence or automated systems. The applicable service notice identifies material providers and relevant content practices. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before consequential use.
5. Service providers and disclosures
AceTech may disclose information to hosting, cloud, database, security, authentication, communications, analytics, AI, payment, customer-support, and professional-service providers as needed for an approved purpose. AceTech may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
6. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
AceTech does not sell personal information. The public corporate website does not use advertising pixels or cross-context behavioral advertising. A service-specific notice will disclose any materially different practice and any legally required choice.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
A service may use essential storage or similar technology for authentication, security, preferences, or operation. Analytics, advertising, and other nonessential technologies will be disclosed with any consent or opt-out mechanism required by law.
8. Retention and deletion
AceTech retains information only as reasonably necessary for the applicable service, transaction, support request, security need, legal obligation, or dispute. Service-specific notices describe material retention and deletion behavior.
9. Security
AceTech uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and information involved. No service, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
10. Privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive information; or appeal a denied request.
Submit a request to info@acetechdigi.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” AceTech may verify identity and authority before acting and will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
11. Children
AceTech services are not directed to children under 13 unless a specific service is expressly designed and approved for them. AceTech does not knowingly collect children’s personal information in a manner not permitted by law.
12. International processing
AceTech is based in California, United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by service providers.
13. Changes
AceTech may update this policy to reflect changes in law, services, or practices. Each published version will display an effective date, and material changes will be communicated when required.
